Reward and Industrial relations is a discipline within the human resources function supporting the business in developing a value-based and performance driven organisation.
Through our 2-years graduate programme you will be given the opportunity to develop an understanding of our organisation and work processes including how the different units and networks are working together. Focus will be on how the HR community support the business in a multinational organisation with more than 28,000 employees located in 40 countries.

Job description:
You are expected to develop an overall understanding of HR and Reward and Industrial Relations (RIR) primarily within the following areas:
- - Business partner to management on industrial relations issues
- - Support to leaders and HR professionals regarding labour law, corporate policies, guidelines and interpretations of administrative regulations
- - Negotiations and cooperation with labour unions
- - International and local industrial relations
In addition, you will be exposed to and gain experience within
- - Competitive and aligned reward strategy and systems
- - Annual base salary and performance pay reviews
- - Market analysis and statistics on reward including compensation and benefits
- - Interfaces between the reward process and the people performance and leadership development processes
- - Monitor and follow up that our reward solutions are competitive, cost effective and aligned with the business needs
You will have a steep learning curve and you are expected to develop an overall understanding of our business challenges and HR policies. Your exact assignment and development plan will be made on the basis of your field of expertise, your interests and our business needs.
